
Food and Beverage Manager
You are responsible for the overall operations of all F&B areas, including but not limited to Elements Restaurant, the SandBar, lounge area & beach service. The primary objective is total guest satisfaction delivered by a knowledgeable, positive F&B team in a professional and friendly manner. Hands-on position and the right candidate does not have a 9-5 mentality. For permit reasons, the applicant must be Aruban, Dutch or American. Prior Caribbean experience is a plus.

- Proficiency in English (written & spoken)
- Dutch, Spanish, Papiamento and German are a plus
- Caribbean experience is a plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Hospitality/F&B Management
- Minimum 5 years of F&B Management experience at 5-star Resort or Fine Dining
- Extensive F&B knowledge of fine-dining service, foods, liquors and wines
- Thorough knowledge of HACCP Food Safety Procedures
- Computer knowledge and familiarity with restaurant management software
- PMS/POS systems, OpenTable and Squirrel are a plus
- Certification in nutrition/special dietery is a plus
